Visora is a solutions-based platform designed to empower product manager, stakeholders, support teams by transforming data into actionable insights. It enables businesses to visualize future trends, make informed decisions, and drive continuous improvement.
Decision-makers lacked a simple way to view real-time business data across departments.
I conducted quantitative research to uncover user insights and identify the application’s main pain points.
Alongside this, I held daily one-on-one sync-ups with the client to develop a deeper understanding of the product and its goals. Due to confidentiality agreements, user analytics could not be shared.
Through a thorough UX audit, I identified several critical issues—outdated UX/UI, cluttered dashboards, unclear navigation, and poor overall usability. These insights laid the groundwork for a more intuitive and user-centered redesign.
Based on the UX audit, the main pain point identified was the navigation layout. I’ve worked out the most effective navigation system to address this issue.
Given the scale of the project, I created individual user flows for each feature to ensure better usability and a more streamlined experience.
To ensure everything was well-organized and to deliver better usability, I created full-fledged wireframes for each feature. Although it was time-consuming, it significantly contributed to an improved user experience.
